Discover Your Cycle Story

Bringing awareness, balance, and flow into our homes - helping families move in harmony with the natural cycles of life.

About

In this fast-paced world - the one that taught us to keep moving, keep striving, to keep up - women still hold a quiet memory of something slower, softer; a way of living that gives us time to stop, to breathe, to feel.

In this constant motion, something sacred has been lost - our ability to sit, to listen, to feel deeply; to hold ourselves.

It’s in the slowing down - in the stillness and the daydreams - that our nervous systems soften and our wisdom awakens. My Yala is a reminder of that truth - a gentle guide back to rhythm, rest, and reverence for the feminine flow of life.

When women are nourished, rested, and supported, their wellbeing ripples outward - bringing balance back into our homes, our communities, and our world.

We honour the women - the mothers, daughters, aunties, and grandmothers - who have carried wisdom and tended to the earth’s cycles. Their footsteps, woven into soil and song, remind us that land itself holds memory, and that care for Country begins in every heart that listens.

We honour the men - the fathers, sons, uncles, and grandfathers - protectors and providers who have stood strong in their care for women, children, and Country.

Together, with the guidance of our families and communities, we have nurtured balance, safeguarded land and life, and continued the sacred responsibility of caring for the world around us
since the first dawn.
